Following forces are considered:

Ned (positive=compressive), WARNING: Ned should not exceed 5% of the beam plastic axial resistance, according to 6.2.3(2) [prEN 1993-1-8 : 2003]!!

Med (positive=lower beam flange is compressed), WARNING: Med has to be positive!!
